I recently moved out do to the rent increase EVERY YEAR with the same excuse of price increase on everything even before the recession. parking is a nightmare, we had mold growing under the carpet and kitchen floor which stained, which we informed maintenance and landlord about and now we are being held responsible and not receiving our deposit back so she can lay a brand new carpet. maintenance, if completed, would take weeks to even respond. windows are replaced in other buildings but our buildings are broken allowing bugs and bees to fly in freely. for the most part the apartment building was full of crazy trashy people. would definitely not recommend this apartment to anyone! less than a minute away are more apartments with same amenities including pool for less!
