I moved here from another complex that was the same size, but hundreds more in rent and utilities. It is run by just one girl in the office and one older maintenance guy. Maria is very good about making sure thngs get fixed right away, even if she has to call you back in the middle of the night on a weekend or holiday. But I say its old school because you have to be near perfect to live here. If she sees you drinking a beer, swearing, or having parties, you are going to be asked to leave. They had let a few young people in over the years, as soon as they became loud you never saw them again. There is no gym,no pool, and no dogs allowed. Oh, and you can't have satellite tv. Its no frills. You will see a lot of older people walking around or sitting on their balconies, they seem to love the place most of all. If you are a quiet person and can deal with a quiet,old fashioned apartment complex then you will like it here.
