I have been living in Hanover Gardens for about 2 months and i absoluty love it. The staff is extremely nice and reasonable and the maintaince staff is very promt and poliet they always knock and stay very professional. We had a leak in our bathroom ceiling and the same day it was looked at and fixed, but the leak came back and when we called it was taken care of immediatly. The rent is extremly cheap for a 2 bedroom and the security deposit was also very cheap The 2 bedroom aprt. comes with a washer/dryer and dishwasher and all utilities except electicty. You can hear the neighbors above, but other then that its very quiet. The apartment was extremely clean and very well taken care of. I went there to clean and strighten it up before we moved in and the place was spotless. I am looking forward to the summer so I can use the pool they have there. And The temperature is always comfortable in the apartments.
