I have lived here for over nine years, I would not have stayed this long if I was not happy.

I have always had a good relationship with the office staff(s) and a fair relationship with the maintenance staff(s).

An outstanding job is done in clearing snow from the parking area.

Generally there is enough parking, though occasionally it is difficult to find a spot.

I don't know if this is because at times someone has a large number of visitors or if the nearby home owners use our parking lot.

Parking is allowed in front of the mail boxes and that can make it difficult to access the boxes.

I work until midnight and usually arrive back here around 12:30 am, getting to my mail box when a car is parked there is like running an obstacle course.

The dumpsters are semi-adequate.

They are ok during the week, but by the end of the weekend are overflowing.

I had a problem with my thermostat two winters ago (the winter of 08-09).

My heat was put on automatic at the radiator, and I was told that someone would be up to repair the thermostat.

I am still waiting and the thermostat is hanging on the wall by it's wires.
