I just moved to Highland Manor in June and it was a great experienc. The office was very helpful the whole way. Since I moved in to Highland Manor I have had a couple minor problems that were resolved with in 24 hours. I walked in the office to report my problem and was greeted by a lady named Joan she was very professional and made me feel like I was family not just a renter. She answered all my questions and told me exactly when they were coming to fix my problems. The maintnace team was at my apartment with in 30 min after I made my request and resolved my problem. I must say that the staff at Highland Manor has made my apartment feel like a Home not just an Apartment.
