SUMMITT COURT WENT BANKRUPT IN 2000. THE NEW OWNERS HAVE DONE MAJOR RENOVATIONS AND COMPLETELY CHANGED THE TENANT BASE.

THE NEW APTS ARE CALLED "SHAANTI TOWER APARTMENTS"

BRAND NEW APTS ARE AVAILABLE.

It's nice here i have not had a problem here with anything. The security of the building is a little ify. People leave some of the doors open and don't secure them.Overall it is a good place to live.
