Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
I was hesistant about this place because of the prior history, but I found that the new management really invested alot of money into fixing the place up and then went ahead and put in 60 brand new units, that even have microwaves installed in the apartment.
I enjoyed my stay.
Staff is really nice.
