Keep looking

I agreed upon a 6 month lease from this place because I was new to Pottstown and didn't know any better. I now see that there are better places to live at comparable prices.
In truth, the interior of the apartment was very nice: new electric appliances, carpeting, and paint.
However, everything exterior to my apartment left much to be desired: noisy neighbors, a single loading dock in a back alley with poor lighting, and walls that kept no sound out and little heat in. I could easily here conversations taking place in units close by.
The office staff was a mized bag. One lady was very nice and helpful when miscellaneous questions came up. But another staff member wrote up my lease with incorrect dates and later forgot to record a month's rent in the company logbook, leading her to believe that I failed to pay rent for that month. Good thing for me I kept better records than she did.
This place accepts Section 8 housing; take that fact for what its worth to you.
The bottom line is keep looking unless you are as depsarate as I was.
