$160 Sewer usage charge - does not include water

Since residency this new luxury apartment has incurred serious problems. Additionally I am required to pay a $160 dollar (every three months, in advance) sewer use charge for Orchard Ridge. This sewer use billing charge is issued by East Coventry Township and does not include the extra billing for water usage.
It is in my opinion that the cost to lease is not worth it, in comparison. I am less than pleased and foresee myself relocating at the end of the term.
