Bilked on Sewer Bill !!! $160 Qtr (They don't tell you that, but it's a Flat Fee charged by East Coventry Township and you have no alternatives! 422 traffic is always backed up if you'r heading East, and no sound proofing!

I moved here FEB. 06.
I have to say the apartment I live in has a GREAT Floorplan, and it's the best apt. I have had EXCEPT for the HUGE water bill that they did not disclose when I signed the lease. You pay $160 a Qtr even though my water bill is only $15 a month'!'!'!'!'!
I was told that East Coventry charges a FLAT FEE and it doesn't matter what you actully use!
There is no sound proofing in my apartment, I can hear all the noise from upstairs including things I would prefer not to hear in my bedroom!
I work in Collegeville and the commute is a killer ever morning it's backed up and I can't find another route to get me to work on time. The area is just overbuilt, and the road system stayed the same!'! Can't take it and I'm moving on principle of the water bill!

They disclosed it several times when I went to look there. They even wrote it out on a paper with all the utility company names. Obviously you didn't do much research before moving or else you would know that it is a standard cost for Eat Coventry Township no matter where you live. Also, if you had investigated the area before signing the lease you would have known about the 422 traffic as well. It seems your issues are more with the area (except your noise issue but that is to be expected in any close living situation). Next time, get to know the location you are moving to first, not just jump at a pretty place.

I live here - but I'mmoving and I can't wait to get out!!! You pay it all here & no one knows what is going on or is able to help you and now they are renting to anyone and everyone to get it filled up!! get out now!
