you pay everything - 160 sewage bill i live in a 1 bedroom and pay as much as if i lived in a townhome. meeting the office staff should say it all when you visit here. one of the rental people was sleeping on the sofa when i came in one day. another time the same person was over the top balling her eyes out about boyfriend troubles, i didn't just walk in on it other people were there that live here. We all can't help but wonder what is happening here' the manager puts you off on her staff because she can't or won't help you. when you are able to talk to her she is not helpful and upset and i don't know what about''' all my neighbors see court notices posted to doors. and today we find out that the two people in the office that are helpful have been fired''''' go figure'
