The nasty manager (-----) must have written that one glowing review.
-We were flat out LIED TO about sewer & water bills by their agent-which they acknowledge, but naturally refused to pay the substantial charges.
-Numerous HIDDEN COSTS, these places were clearly constructed by a bunch of
crackheads who skipped the whole insulation thing. Units are ridiculously drafty,
totally uninsulated, and have cost us the highest energy bills of our lives to
heat and cool.
-ANTS, SILVERFISH, & SPIDERS- unlike every other "luxury" complex I have lived in,
they do no perimeter spraying here- when I asked about it last fall, I was handed a can of Raid.
-This complex must be the domestic violence capital of Pottstown. Police are here on calls in our side of the complex constantly-there is nothing quite like being woken up by a couple screaming profanities & throwing things against your bedroom wall at 3 A.M.
-Maintenence "staff" consists of two grossly overworked guys who are expected to do
everything, our last minor REPAIR TOOK OVER A WEEK to get accomplished. During the
winter it took multiple calls & e-mails from myself & my neighbors to get anything done about SIDEWALKS that were NEVER CLEARED & frequently SHEETS OF ICE.
I personally witnessed two people fall on them- one was a senior citizen.
-Now they have decided to save money by having NO LIFEGUARD at the pool,
-If you are coming to this area for the school district, (O.J.R.-wonderful) either
go private or take a less attractive LOOKING apt. & save yourself a whole lot of $$$$. Otherwise, there are some great communities in Limerick & Royersford...

I agree with this review!! All of it and I think that "manager" wrote the good review as well!!! I use the term manager loosely!! I looked at Mill Grove Apartments and they told me she used to work there and they fired her from there. We got the left over????
