OK, I've been here since April 2007. I had read about the $160.00 a quarter sewer bill and asked my rental agent about it. I appreciated that she acknowledged it and didn't try to "pussyfoot" around about it. The few times (I think twice) I've needed maintenance they showed up quickly. The two maintenance guys are pretty outgoing, and yeah, maybe they are a bit overworked, as a previous reviewer noted, but if they are they didn't complain about it. I like the fact that they allow dogs. I kinda wish, though, that all of the other dog owners would make sure they pick up their pets' poop. I hate seeing that. Regarding the construction: it's ok. Regarding the noise: to mix a metaphor, I'm kinda holding my breath on that. I know I can pretty much hear one of my neighbors when she schleps around her place. I think because I work weird hours I may not hear everything. But, thank G-d so far none of my neighbors have been loud television or music players because you do kinda hear everything. I notice that when I run my a/c it kinda blocks out noise, so that's cool. I think the one or two complaints I have is that the gym should have windows that can be opened because it's pretty bad to work out in a room where the air doesn't circulate. You really should be able to have fresh air circulate through a room where you're burning off all that CO2 or whatever it is we do when we sweat. The other thing is is that it gets pretty hillbillyish around here with all the tattoo guys who work on their cars. You drive around the top of the place and there's always these cars with (mosty) NY plates with flat tires or whatever being worked on. Like, is the complex making money renting out garage space to these kids (they look so young) who fix out-of-state cars' It's really weird. I wish a great coffee shop and a bookstore was closer as well. Also, you can't get the NY Times delivered here yet, which is a bummer, so you gotta drive to the Wawa. Regarding the staff in the office, my rental agent cracked me up; she was so friendly and really seemed to have her heart in the right place. Coming here from the big city of Philly, I really appreciated her earnest manner. Every other staff member in the office I met has been 100% professional. I see from an earlier post that someone didn't like the manager Donna. OK, maybe she's a bit standoffish, but, I think for this to be a well-run place you kinda need a "no-nonsense" person calling the shots. So far, I've not seen or heard anything unreasonable or off-putting from her. I also note that they seemed to do a good job communicating with us residents when it comes to things like reminders about parking and the pool. Finally, more, more, more trees would be great.

the manager is not no-nonsence, she has no sence! What exactly does she do in that office besides nothing. She seems to be the only one not working???? I bet she helped someone write that review, seiko!

Look at my review about the pets, seriously be prepared to pay $1,300 to have the carpets replaced when you move out.
