I liked living here; however, after just moving out, I got a bill in mail to pay to replace the whole carpet. They said that there are carpet mats under the carpet, so if you have a pet that pees at all, beware because the pee stays in the carpet mats, and then they will have to replace the whole carpet, since they won't do it by room. If there's a pee spot anywhere in the place when you leave, they charge you $1,300 to replace all of it!!! I can't even believe it. I lived there for a year, the carpet was nice and clean when I left. We did a good job of cleaning up after our dog anytime she did pee spraying with oxy clean. They said they found pee in the mats in the living room and one of the spare rooms, but they had to replace all the carpet, since it all has the be the same color.

No surprise to me... these people were the shadiest, sleaziest, greediest management co. I have EVER dealt with!!! BEST IDEA>>>> Find a rental in this area in the Pottstown Mercury or Craig's list-Philadelphia. We are renting a 3 bedroom townhome with a garage and 3x's the sq. footage for the same price as these scumbags apartments ON SPECIAL!!!!

Thanks for the advice, I actually bought a house, that's why we moved out originally. I am only paying $300 more a month for the house that I own. And even though I am now staying in a three level townhouse with 800 more square feet than my apartment at Orchard Ridge, I am paying half of the electric bill.
