I'm really surprised to see so many negative comments about Orchard Ridge. My apartment is bright and nicely layed out. My neighbors are friendly, respectful, and quiet. The office staff has been professional. The one problem that required maintenance was handled promptly. Everything regarding any additional charges was fully disclosed. I'll admit that I'm not thrilled about the quarterly sewage fee. However, it is a township fee and all residents in the northern part of East Coventry are required to pay it. But if you compare the rent to other communities, specifically in the Limerick/Royersford area it balances out in the end. My only complaints are I wish the grass looked a little better and my electric bill is quite a bit more than my previous apartment. Other than that I'm very happy to be living here.

Let me guess... you are on the payroll?
See Craig's List Philadelphia or the Pottstown Mercury for
better values and less aggravation in choosing a place...
There is obviously some reason why most tenants here do not renew their leases

To the contrary I'm not on the payroll. I would think if I was I would have nothing negative to say. If you read my review you will notice I mentioned the sewage fee, the grass, and the electric bill. And I do plan on renewing my lease as long as the rent does not go up substantially.
