Well We'll see how it goes. So far I'm pleased with everything. I came in to the office in March and was shown the property by a very professional and friendly staff. I was told everything up front regarding fees, (yes the sewage fee is a bit much) but compared to the nice grounds,the amenities and the friendly people I've met so far, I can overlook it. I've looked at some other apartments in the area and they didn't seem near as nice. The construction is only three years old there are plenty of outlets, compared to some of the older apartments where you would have to run extension cords all over the place. I was lucky in that my apartment is vacate and I the office staff took me into that apartment to see. There were some things that I pointed out to them and on my next visit they were corrected. So Far, I would reccomend this place.
