We moved to this complex in 2006. The main problem that I have is the exclusion of the $160 mandatory sewer fee that is due quarterly. Nobody informed us of it, and when it came time to pay, we were threstened with eviction notices if it was not included with the rent! The apartments are cheaply made...POOR insulation, cheap appliances, carpet wrinkles at the doorways, and the foundation must be sliding, b/c the walls are starting to separate from the base and there are cracks on the wall of the stairway leading to the actual apartment. The staff has changed more times than I can count, and they are all clueless and rude. Fran, the maintenance guy is very professional and nice, but he is so overworked, it takes weeks/months to get a simple work order completed. but when I am walking around with my two toddlers, there are piles of dog crap in all the grass throughout the complex, so they can not even play in the grass. The rent is extravagant for the poor quality and service and we will not be renewing when our lease term expires.

Fran is gone, so if that was the only thing that made you happy.... leave now!!!!!!!!!!!
