In response to Jmbriggs post, I just have to ask the million-dollar question . Which employee of the office are you' I mean anyone who wrote that has to collect a paycheck from High Associates. Or better yet.... what did they pay you for that infomercial' Jmbriggs...are you really --- ------' What are you going to say next..."But wait there's more '
I mean almost word for word what you've praised is what they advertise on their website. Coincidence' Sad, this place is hurting for business and so UN-customer friendly that they have to stoop to these kinds of tactics. BTW...if you're so worried about the Philadelphia/K.O.P area, why didn t you move to a closer community' There are lots of places just as "modern" and "new" as Orchard Ridge. They've been all over for years in Limerick, Royersford, Trappe, Collegeville, etc..Up & down the 422 corridor. Sounds too fishy for me.
You talk about how they provide activities and services' What could you possibly be talking about' A walk path and a gym' Don t prisons provide the same activities' You re praising something that just isn t worth praising. It s adequate at best. Walking the walk path, you re bound to have to dodge at least 3 dog piles nice sight' Service such as what' Having to wait in line to get to your mailbox' Having one dumpster that is typically overfilled on the weekends, and bags upon bags of trash lay there on the ground, oozing and seeping what ever is in there causing the rest of us to have to walk through that ooze. I wont even get into the horrible stench that comes from the dumpster. Does anyone remember when the dumpster was away for 2 days' OUCH that whole area stunk to high heaven. Or what about seeing empty cases of beer laying around the supposed cardboard recycle bin again because that s overflowing. When I first saw that, I wasn t sure if I was at a NASCAR event, a trailer park, or a supposed higher end development where you need a certain credit score to even move into. The King of beers certainly makes a killing in Orchard Ridge. What other services are you referencing' Landscaping when they cut your grass at 7am and blow all the clippings around your car or at your f---t door' The service of them having a pool yet NO LIFE GUARD' That s safe right would you allow your children to go there Jmbriggs' How they get away with that is beyond me, but when all you want to do is cut corners and save money hey gotta do what ya gotta do. Speaking of cutting corners what about the service of no insulation in the house, gas seals already gone in my windows causing fog and condensation, leaky shower head, dripping hot water heater, carpet not designed for apartment living, doors that have a clear 1-2 inch gap above the threshold causing an annoying draft. Isn t this place supposed to be NEW' Why such all the defects' Great services I ve come across during my time here. Really the only service available is the quick availability of police. I mean they are all over this development handling who knows what kind of calls, but they re there. So in case someone robs me by breaking into the poorly made, generic doors at least they wont get far because the police are right there; especially in my building.

I have to say i agree with jmbriggs... I am just also a current resident at orchard ridge, and i must say i actually like the complex. Every apartment property has its ups and downs especially in the beginning but since i have moved in here i have had none of these problems. With the dumpster remark ... 2 days ... 2days is nothing in the grand scheme of things specially with how complex the unit is. If it were 2 weeks then i would be concerned. As for a life guard ... if you let your kids go to an un-monitored pool that seems to be a parental issue, a life guard is on duty to monitor safety at a pool but not to baby sit your kids. Im sorry that you have had all these problems with your apartment but maybe its just the luck of the draw and instead of complaining about it i would ask the office for reasonable action. In closing to touch on the littering issue ... making remarks on here will not change things, persistance to the proper officials will. This apartment complex cannot discriminate against your "neighbors" but getting more of your community involved can always give the office a more possitive and pressing action to rectify the matter. Stop complaining and making assumptions and be more possitive in your line of thinking.

well your from the office of course you cant say the truth, now miraciously the jmbriggs post is gone... this place sucks, there are so many apartments that are vacant, hmmm i wonder why? b/c no one wants to renew their lease, they know that the office is a bunch of retards, who don't care about their residents all they care about is getting paid!!!

Hey all you supposed "current happy residents" who have all just recently acquired a burning itch to express your delight with this FINE community on this site, on behalf of the rest of us who live on planet earth, I would REALLY appreciate it if you would start telling us what delightful unit YOU reside in. Clearly, you must reside in a very special and unique part of this community that the rest of us are just not privy to. And by the way, anonymous buddy of jmbrigg, I wish you lots of luck when you have to ask any of the "High" management losers in the office for that "reasonable action" you referred to.
