We are renewing our lease for a third year here and are actually upgrading to a 2 bedroom apartment. So far we haven't really had any problems. The people above us are quite noisy...but that's been in every apartment I've ever lived in.

It is hard to find 2 bedroom apartments in the area for under $1200 that allow dogs, have a dishwasher and microwave, washer and dryer and have private entrances. Being a mother of 2, I need those things and if I have to put up with noisy neighbors once in awhile, then so be it.

The sewage bill is annoying, but we were told upfront about the cost.

We like it here =)

there is plenty around here that offer all of that, so many people are unhappy here that's why 95% are vacant!!!

This is a positive and uplifting review of this community. Unfortunately, it is grossly inaccurate. They allow dogs, big deal, you pay extra for that "privilege" They have appliances- big deal, the appliances are crap and break constantly- which then requires dealing with the ever changing parade of lovely ladies in the rental office (the "lovely" is purely sarcastic). By the way, I would love to know what lease terms you got that no one else has, because no one else who has lived here for that long is paying "under 1200" for a 2 bedroom. After the first year "special discount" rate that they use as bait MY rent went THROUGH THE ROOF!!! Perhaps your "rental unit" is actually located in the management office? Perhaps you work for the really classy people who do such a fine job as the owners of this community? Hmmm....
