I have been a resident of Orchard Ridge for 2 years, approaching 3, seriously considering NOT renewing my lease, now I will for sure NOT. I have seen in just a mere few days the effect of ---- being gone and it's NOT for the better, but the worse. Just read the many reviews which praised ----, now what are we as residents supposed to be happy about' This was a grave mistake on corporates part for letting ---- go, us residents will surely feel the impact of this employee change. I will now have to rate all aspects of this property worse. Sorry to see ---- go, maybe we can find out where he is employed now and if he's still in the maintenance field, we can move to his new property. It's sad that residents build a relationship with the maintenance staff, feeling safe letting them in unattended, for them to leave. I now don't feel safe nor am happy about anything at Orchard Ridge.

if you send the petition my way i will be more than happy to sign it. the management practices at orchard ridge are indeed steadily declining.

This property will be bankrupt or section 8 shortly, the maintenance supervisor has gone, so it won't be long now before the property goes to crap. Bad move on Orchard Ridge's behalf....
