These apartments used to be okay. There are a lot of people living there with "addictions" and other matters so it had become violent and full of drama. For people with children, you would want a better environment to raise them in. The management did not pay attention to what was going on in their complex and that is so sad! I have visited on several occasions through out the years and I knew people that lived there after I moved and it did not improve so they left also.

I think Rolling Hills is one of the best things that could happen to any poor family!! If you can afford to move every time the conditions don't meet your approval then God bless you, but don't make comments on a place unto which if it did no exists a lot of families would be on the street do to the fact that they could not afford regular housing!! Most families there don't have cars and the parking allows you to park in front of your dwelling. So there's no driving around the block ten times or parking all the up the street and around the corner!! For the maintenance to be free who can complain? Also there's no waiting months and months until you have the money to get something fixed!! It isn't hardly as noisy as it could be, eight o'clock hits it's like a ghost town so what noise do u hear? It's also probably one of the only places I could walk around three o'clock in the morning and not get attack!! As for the office staff for them to deal with ungrateful people like you all day I'd be a little grouchy too!!!! Even though they are still the most hospitable people I've ever met!! Bottom line if you can afford to complain then you don't need to be living there!! I see Rolling Hills as a God send and I appreciate everything it had to offer!!!!!!

i think it is a place that gives unfortunate families an opportunity yes the environment is not the best but which one is i guess it is what you make out of the situation. i am currently living there so i have living proof. yes they have history but it is not that bad.
