Rolling Hills is a place people take for granted. the property has a lot to offer, and i feel as though if you have room or can afford to move constantly then you shouldn't be living there!! If it weren't for Rolling Hills my family would be homeless do to the fact that we could not afford normal housing!!! We pay rent, electric, phone, and cable bill(FYI we wouldn't be able to afford that under normal circumstance)! All else is taking care of!! The staff have always been extremely kind to me, and i have never seen a shotty maintenance job!! Compared to where we came from this complex looks like paradise!!! The schools I think are wonderful, and I never been anywhere so quite or safe! I was there six years and never heard off a random act of violence on anyone!! If you keep to yourself and mind your business you should have no problem!!! That place is a blessing and all who live there should be grateful!! I think they just get spoiled and when something doesn't go there way they feel the need to complain!! If you can find better then go for it and stop complaining!
