I will admit that when I first moved to Rolling Hills, it was truly a blessing, but things have definitely changed over the years. The new maintenance staff doesn't do quite as much as they used to. The owner pays more attention to what the outside of the apartments look like then the inside. And as for random acts of violence, it does happen. On the court I live on, someone tried to hurt someone by loosening the tires on their car. Also, my son was playing on the playground the other day (and he was minding his business) and when he fell, some kid that he didn't even know came up and started kicking him. Yes there are some people that don't have problems, but some of the people that do aren't among the ones that are constantly causing drama. I keep to myself and so do my kids. We usually go to work and/or school and come home. We hardly are ever outside, and when we are it isn't a good time. We are going to be moving soon because I can't deal with the drama. It might be a blessing to some, but for others it is an absolute nightmare.
