I have lived at Upland Village for 3 years now. At the beginning, it was good and maintenance were responsive. However, maintenance now pick and choose what they wish to respond to. If the problem is substantial they take their sweet time. Building A,B,C & D have creaky floors- I mean so seriously creaky that they have kept me awake many times. Complaints to the management were responded to with promises that they would tackle the floor problem when my upstairs neighbor moved. So I patiently put up with the problem until my neighbor moved. Well, she recently moved and they promised that they would fix the floor before renting the apartment to another tenant. However, to my surprise they rented the apartment without fixing the floor!!! I am not putting up with this crap anymore. I have decided that they can kiss my rent check goodbye. My lease is up at the end of this month and I am not renewing it. I moved out of Upland Village for many reasons - the main one being the creaky floors! I don't blame you for moving. It drove me crazy!!!!
