I lived at Upland Village for two years. The #1 reason I moved was because of the creaky floors. I could hear every step the lady upstairs made. When she had her grandchildren over I got no sleep. Constant loud noises. I complained and they said there was nothing they could do to repair the floors until she moved. Parking was also a constant problem. Also, it states in the lease that heat is included in the rent - THIS IS A LIE!!! Heat is electric and not included. I proved this by flipping the circuit breaker inside my apartment, by watching my meter and speaking with the electric company. My electric bill was close to $100 per month. I complained but they insisted heat is included and would do nothing to check out the problem. My current apartment also includes heat in the rent and my electric bill is only around $35 per month.
