Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
While the apartment is kept clean and looks good when you come to visit, there are many things you discover when you move in. For instance:
1. if you took a second floor apartment, you will hear EVERY step of the people above you.
2. In general the neighbors don't have any consideration for keeping quiet after 10pm.
3. the smokers will have no consideration when smoking directly under your window when they walk their dogs.
The managers don't care to inforce any rules.
