Living here for almost 2 years. I love where I am. I live on the first floor in the 606 building. I have no complaints really. There are some college kids around, but me having children myself; appreciate that the community doesn't shy away from helping young people become established. I have no complaints about the maintnance, rick and the staff have been very good to me. Jeannie and Colleen in the office are amazing. Around the holidays they have parties for the kids, my children loved when santa came. And as far as the crime rate. It is no different as to anywhere else. NORCO police drive through periodically to assure all is well. A car has been stolen but was found and returned. The ladies in the office do all they can to help, and always offer a helping hand. I would reccomend this place to anyone, those with kids especially. There is a play ground that my kids love, and a community fitness room and tanning bed, so i can stay in shape. The pool in the summer time is a nice easy way to keep the kids entertained!
