We have lived in valley view apartments for over 2 years now. Most of the people are very nice, however there was one couple that was a constant problem. There were many people in the building that would complain about them too. They DID sell drugs, smoked in the hall ways, left there trash in the common area for days, and were wasted on a regular basis!!! The people who lived down stairs from them called the police on them several times for being loud. Those poor people had to move to another building to get away from them..Managment did not do anything about this!!! We were told there was nothing that could be done! IN THE END THEY DID GET KICKED OUT! About a year to late!
Now we also are expected to pay for water and sewer. there is some other "electric" fee that we now have to pay, on top of our regular PECO electric bill.
this will cost around $105.00 extra a month!!
The maintence guys are both VERY NICE, they are always friendly and helpful.
Cars get broken into on a regular basis these days.
SO, VVA are overpriced and if they don't watch who they let in there, good people will start to leave!!!!
