i have been living in valley view for over 4 years. just because there could be 1 or 2 bad seeds that can not reflect how everyone else is. i came in on a special and now i pay for heat water and sewer. but i have friends or live at orchard ridgenad other apartments who pay all those same utilites and guess what. they are way outta line.the office staff has always been flexible and fair, they have to be. everyone here has a different situation and i think both the girls in the office are professional at making the right choice. put yourself in there shoes, how would you handle the situation you are complaining about''''
i say if you dont like where you live. then stop complaining and move out. where else can you find a decent price extra amenties and a great staff' no where.. grow up, and move out!!!!!!
