Either the people posting positive reviews about this place are blind or are employed by the company. This property is an utter disgrace. The building we live in stinks in the hallways,is in need of a dire paint job,carpet is severly stained and needs to be replaced. The apartment in itself is just as much of a disgrace. The sink is rusted(in the bathroom),the floorboard heating is a danger and is rusted in many spots. The air conditioning is an utter joke. It is 2006 and most places have central air and heat. The front door to the building is frequently left propped open to let anyone in for access.

The staff in the office is rude. I have not had to deal with the maintenance staff and hope that never happens. As soon as I can I will be moving out. I feel very unsafe here and fearful for anyone who lives here. There are so many basic standard of living issues that this place should be condemned and leveled. Home properties should be disgraced for allowing their properties to look like this. The landscaping is none existent and there is no grass in some locations. As far as the amenities,you still have to pay for keys to use them. That should be included in your move-in fee or rent. The price for the apartment is grossly over estimated. The only plus is the mall is right next store.

I would never recommend anyone ever live here. Go closer into philly,even limerick has better standards of apartments. This is nothing but a ghetto.
