lets see...we had roaches when we first moved in, so they moved us to another apartment which had no maintenance or cleaning done to it, the carpets are disgusting, the paint is peeling, and the bathroom was no where near clean, and they still charged us the same amount of rent, not to mention THE ONLY THING THEY PAY FOR IS TRASH REMOVAL!!! NO UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED, so its definetly not worth the money! and also many many college live in this complex, making it very noisy and full of loud partying obnoxious teenagers! The builings reek of smoke and trash, and its disgusting! I would never had moved here if I new what the living quarters really looked like and had not been mislead about what bills you had to pay by the staff, because this place turned out to be the price of what a luxury apartment complex should be charging, and this definetly is no where near luxury living.
