We live here currently and if it weren't for the lease we'd leave tonight! There are like 20 Mex1cans that live in this building and another. They are constantly on their phones outside, in the doorway, so on and so forth. They leave nails in the washing machine so we can't ever wash our clothes in the so-called laundromat. What else' My girlfriend had her car broken into by some bottom feeder. The management here blows. They complain about the most petty things, meanwhile there's drug deals going on in the parking lot, something seems to break or go on the fritz in the apt every week!

Avoid this place at all costs. It's certainly a step up from living amongst the true Pottstown bottom feeders on say Washington street, but it's an overpriced dump. If you do live here then I suggest you clean the shower in the bathroom often because these cheap f's don't have exhaust fans in the bathroom. What sort of apt complex fails to put exhaust fans in the bathrooms. This is draconian!

Added to that, when it's warm there are stink bugs galore. They pretty much infest the entire building so you need to keep your screen doors closed. There are tons of centipedes as well. Don't know about the roaches (as another person posted), but it wouldn't surprise me though.

And, there are many F-tards that inhabit this place. They hang out in the parking lot around the cars and they are punks. They make me sick. I wish there was a constant police patrol here so they could crack their skulls.

Lastly, the so-called office here is open when you're at work. So if you're a bottom feeder that doesn't work for a living or sells drugs then great. But, if you're like us and go out and earn an f'ing living then you can never go to the office during the week. They do however have very limited Saturday hours.

Hopefully I got the truth out about this dump. Avoid it like the plague!
