This apartment complex looks good from the outside but the inside doesn?t match that quality. The entire grounds were landscaped and the buildings received new facades. The community center is made most attractive to trap the new tenants.

However the inside of the apartments are old, musty and infested with silverfish and spiders. The kitchen stove are at least circa 1965, it was electric, however you have to complain 10-15 times to fix the stovetop but still did not do much after couple of years. Often it gets out of order. Kitchen is so small that it will be difficult to work in the kichen without knocking down the food you prepared.

The kitchen sink is horrible too you do not have a cleanng motor, so it is always jammed up. The dishwasher is just like a display piece, you can not wash most of the utencils in it. Only it is like to display to the new tenants that they do have a dishwahser. They do not have extra storage. They only provide one phone jack if you need one more they will charge 100s of bucks or you will have to strech your own cables.

The design and construction of whole apartment is unprofessional you will find errors made everywhere, like you can not put mats in the bathroom. You will burn out the wall when you use the big stove. You will see big nails coming from nowhere. Bad placement to AC, cable TV hook up. Overall very badly planned apartments I have ever seen. The parking and road run in parallel to your bedrooms window so you hear all noise of the cars all day/night. The noise comong from waste collections trucks also will make sure you do not sleep in the morning too.

It will take a while for you to hang you coats/clothes in the closet rods. Bathroom curtain will fall down as it is stuck, not screwed to the wall. The AC looks like 60 years old is not powerful enough for one room. The airconditioner is provided in the hall only, bedrooms do not have A/C, which is horrible for the summar, also these apartments have poor ventilation and air passage too.

The bathroom had a pedestal sink (unlike the model which had a vanity for storage, etc.). The tile in the bathroom was old and yellowed and the caulking around the base of sink and tub was yellowed, old and cracking. The knobs on both the sink and the tub were rusted. Finally, last but certainly not least, the apartment was infested with silverfish and spiders.

You have to walk a block to reach to the laundry room, which are common for all apartments. They are in sorry condition and dirty too. The laundry room for all building with at least 100 units had 8 washers and 8 dryers. And at any time that I did my laundry there were at least 2-3 of each "out of order". It will take half a day to do laundry on the weekends, as most of then washer/driers will be busy all the time.

True, the rent was relatively reasonable, at least to begin with, but they continuously raised it. Once they know you have to move in or have no choice they will start putting more stuff into lease clause too.

As per my experience I would avoid this place.
