The management is the absolute WORST. In order to speak to someone in the office (which is on the premises, but in a locked building), you have to leave a message on a machine, maintenence - talk to a machine, and the # for maintenence emergencies is nothing but an answering service!
I could type for days if I got into every problem I have had with the management of this complex, but I think that my current problem kind of sums it up....there is snow on the ground, it was 17 degrees over night ast night and going down to 7 tonight, and the building has had NO HEAT for 3 days now. Why' I have no idea, since neither the management nor maintenence will return phone calls. DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU THINK THAT YOU DESERVE A LITTLE RESPECT FROM PEOPLE YOU PAY GOOD MONEY TO EVERY MONTH.
