Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
i was reading a review someone wrote about these apartments.i have lived here for 4 yrs and every complaint i have ever hade has been taken care of.they say they have lived here from 2000-2003 if it is that bad no one would stay that long. I call maint. and my issue is taken care of within 3 days if not an emerg.I only pay $560.00 a month to live here and i feel i get what i'm paying for.i still look around just to see what's out there and take it from me the prices people want for rent and the size apt. they offer is crazy.i love living @ presidential sqaure not every place you go is going to be a cup of tea it's an apt. not a house!
