I've lived there for 4 years primarily because of its strategic location and cheap price, but nothing else. I agree with everything the other reviewers have mentioned and it's futile to mention them again. The property manager is indeed un-courteous. I tried to talk to them about my intention of not renewing my lease but was given a hard time claiming that I did not get back to them before the set deadline. Hello' Check your answering machine, for goodness sake! I learned that you have to be tough when dealing with the office personnel 'coz that's what they're asking for. When I first signed the lease they took my license plate number 'coz they said I will be given my own parking space, just like the other tenants. Yeah, right. Another tenant mentioned about bugs. I think I should charge those critters for a share on the rent.

Oh well, I guess there's no such things as good service from this office anymore. I'm glad I have my own house already, far away from this apartment.

After 12 years of the sewer back up's I have endured with my neighbors ca ca swimming into my basement apartment. The count of airbourne mold spores are as the lab that did the test call it 'unusual mold conditions', by their names; Cladosporium, Hyphae, Penicillium these are life threatening to me with allergies to this high concentration of mold spores. I sent the management a note from my doctor, Dr.Lynn Kasarda Md., saying I have developed a mold spore allergy stating it was life threatening if I didn't leave my apartment....my blood test says I will die if I don't move.It means nothing to the management unless they get a picture of the mold on the walls. Actually i took the sample from the crack of the ceiling. Countless of overflow of water of the apartment above and the sewers backing up had made the mold spore count as high as it is. After being a basement tenant for 12 years the management has refused moving me up to the next floor. "You must wait until your lease is up" It is not likely that I could live that long in the basement that has that high of a mold spore count. Four times to the Taylor Hospital (in 10 days) ER,just could not breathe.. now I do eight inhalers a day, Comvibent, six times a day and Flovent twice a day ,nasenex and allegra once a day. My last echo gram showed I have an enlarged heart and irregular beat, I spit blood and pay my rent.....and over $1200 in medicine in six weeks.
