I have lived at Presidential Square for a few months, and I am happy thus far. The apartment grounds are reasonably well maintained, and the apartment size is just right for my needs. The management staff seem friendly and knowledgable, and I hav yet to have any maintainence issues. The location is good for me as a commuter, and I don't have to travel too far to shop.
