	Neighbor is a nightmare - terrorizes everyone in building. Management does nothing because she is section 8 and the rent money is guaranteed. Apt hasn´t been painted in 6 years. Disgraceful fixtures in bathroom, lots of problems with toilet/shower/sink leaking ... more
