maintenance problems I live here and have been here 1 year in November, I also have been waiting for my kitchen sink to be fixed for that same amount of time, my daughter lives here and has had the same problems with her apartment for the last year and a half and when they do fix something

I had a wonderful expiernce at Quakertown West. The apartments are huge and have great closets and a lot of room.
Maintnence was always quick to get to my apartment and only had to fix a problem once.

Very Poor Customer Service - Problems Galore! Our apartment didn't even have doors when we moved in - the kitchen sink wasn't functional until the 18th of the month!! They didn't tell us that it was an apartment that flooded until we realized it had mold problems and they replaced
