Nice place to live if you are on a limited income, There appartments go on 30 percent of your income, so rent varies.
the Brown side of the appartments have only 1 bed room and 1 bath and water/sewage and Garbage are supplied.
on the big Valley side (across from the church on Greenfield Dr.) the appartments are 2 Bedrooms, 1 bath, with garbage supplied.
A VERY nice Neiborhood to live in!!!
