I would like to start off first saying that this place is very safe for your kids to grow up here..I have lived here for about 7 years and have 3 kids and Im still here!! this place is a very good place to get on your feet or as a single parent or just because other places are to high in rent!!

a good place to start over I lived at the commons for three years and found that the people and staff to be very helpful freindly (tenants): but if someone is having a bad day watch out they will make your problem too so stay clear from most people if you can (staff): the staff is good with people

NO NO NO! This place needs to be shut down for sure! What a joke. I lived there a long time and the whole time I did was pure hell. Earla would come in my apartment when I was not home and Dennis also because there would be food missing from my fridge when he came in, you could always tell.

On site manager/Maintenanceman both idiot's Landlord Earla is the most corrupt, obnoxious, -what a b- christian you will ever meet. She bullies most all tenant's except the one's she allow's to do what ever in order they spy for her and basically kiss up to each other/yes

Nicest place in the area to live to get on your feet. This is actually one of the only apartment complexes in the area that is income based. If your starting out on your own and dont have many responsibilities this is the place to start out at. I lived alone and had no children with a low paying
