Wonderful Experience

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
We recently moved out of Chestnut Pointe, because we bought a house. We lived in the apartment almost 2 years. We had to break our lease early, but the apartment manager was very kind and helpful, she even offered us solutions when we weren't sure we would be able to close in time to vacate the apartment at the end of the month. The maintenance staff there is INCREDIBLE. They quickly address issues including coming out in a hailstorm to fix the dripping water in our sliding door. They are considerate and will follow-up on their work to make sure you are pleased. The apartments are clean and beautiful. We lived on the bottom floor and rarely ever heard our upstairs neighbors. As far as the heating bills go, the apartments are well insulated and I could keep the air conditioning and heating off for most of the seasons keeping our electric bill below $100. The rent is high, but comparatively with other apartment communities for the amenities you are getting a great deal for this area. For the other reviewer who commented on the price and construction quality, I don't know which apartment she was living in but construction was decent and prices are what you expect in this area. If you are not from the area, cost of living is fairly high compared to other states. We loved our experience here. We are excited to have our own place now but I miss the apartment community and especially the maintenance staff.
