My 2 bedrm 2 bath apt is very spacious for the price. The deck is small but the view is great. However, views from many of the apartments are not so great. I have found our building very quiet, possibly because not all of the units are rented. This is not the place to live if you want to meet people. Seems like people keep to themselves. Parking is adequate, and the carport that comes with the apartment is a nice bonus. Maintenance of the grounds is becoming a problem because of a cutback in staf. The staff in the leasing office is very pleasant, accomodating and anxious to take care of problems. I found the air conditioning fan, which is in the living room, to be very loud. You can't have ceiling fans, probably because of the sprinkler system, so ventilation is minimal unless you use table fans. These are the only real negatives. Laundry room hidden in the hall bath is great. Master bath is huge. Storage/closet space is minimal.
