thank god i only signed a 1 year lease with this hell hole. on my 10th month, I had all my things packed and ready to go. 1st off there is a huge bug problem with all the apartments. 95% of these apartments have not been updated since 1975. and beware of the parking lot, turkey buzzards attack!!! I am not kidding, i have been attacked by 2 turkey buzzards my first month living there, and when i contacted the management, they told me to get used to it!!! i could not belive my ears!!... also the landscaping people that are contracted there are exteamly carless, fore they hit my car twice with there lawnmowers. the superintendant is lame, and last but not least the walls are like cardboard and you can hear your upstairs ( or downstairs )neighbors whisper and when there loud, you want to jump into mingo creek and drown yourself. As you can see, this place is absolutly, positivly, UNLIVEABLE!!!!! All the people that i have met there, in the 1 year that i was there, had nothing good to say about the living conditions, decor, and service at MINGO apartments!! if you plan on not taking my advice, and move in ... all i have to say is that i told you so!!! ... and good luck in the winter, it's going to be a horrible one in your new icebox with the paper thin windows, that has huge drafts, and your horrible heating system that keeps you up all night. i maybe slept a total of 10 hours that whole winter. I wish someone wrote a review like this one before i moved in to that stress box. I now live in king of prussia, and wish i lived here all along!!!... i will be here for atleast 5 more years till i buy my own home!!!! best of luck , and i highly reccommend King of prussia area!!
