My wife and I moved into F building just two weeks ago and so far we are very satisfied with Mingo Apartments.

Acquiring the apartment was extremely quick and painless, The manager Danielle was very friendly and helpful.

Our 2 bedroom 1.5 bath unit is spacious and clean, we especially like how each unit has an exterior entrance so there are no common areas such as stairwells, hallways, etc. Other positives are lots of closet, cabinet and storage space (we have a small walk in closet in the living room, a large walk in for the master bedroom, a hall linen closet and a standard closet in the second bedroom, not to mention the laundry room in our unit and storage space in basement) and most of all, the one thing we were worried about, is that our neighbors are extremely quiet. The ONLY noise we hear is from 422 mostly in the back of our apartment as it backs up to the road, but the traffic noise is well muffled and it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone who actually visits the place before renting.

One previous review mentioned cracking in the ceilings, I am beginning to notice what they mean in my floor and ceiling (slightly warped floor in a few spots and ceiling lumps) however, that is a structural issue and it is a rental, so unless the building caves in it won't bother us.

If anything changes I will update the review but in the meantime, I highly recommend Mingo Apartments.
