Overpriced apartments with a lack of closet space. Cheaply constructed, nail heads were noticed under the living room steps, cheap trims, dangerously slippery wooden stairs, sliding closet door bracket upstairs broke (piece of crap), cheap bathtub/shower. The outside carpeted hallway is basically raised up on a platform, to give the kitchen & living rooms that "sunken in" feel. They're trying to sell these as Condominiums. I cannot fathom someone actually buying one of these. I suggest they smash the walls down, to combine two apartments - to enhance the desire of owning one of those. I am so relieved to be out of that place!
