I've been a resident of Spruce Court Apartments for 10 years. As most area communities- The Galman Group is very similar. Unless you rent from a private owner and it's a house- you are not going to be able to do a month to month lease with any other community. Trust me- I know. The Galman Group has worked with my neighbor who has to leave due to an illness and they were very understanding. They also found a renter for her apartment and was able to get her out within a month. I am also very impressed with The Galman Group as this community has never seen a dime put back into it. They built an on-site Leasing Center which is wonderful. They also have painted all the hallways and it looks great. They also worked on the paving and the property looks 10 times better than it ever did. As far as the electric- the tenants do not pay for the laundry areas. The residents only pay for their usage. There are meters in by the lower stairs which are read and billed accordingly. The Galman Group pays for the common areas. I think they are doing a great job and the reason the washer and dyers did not work are because the replaced the 1970s ones with new ones and the electrical outlets were not able to handle it. They seem to be better now and I am actually saving money since they are actually drying real time. The price of the apartment is great compared to the others in the area. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
