Ever since the galman group took over the place has gone done the drain. I have been living here for two years and it has constantly gotten worse. Yes they painted the hallways but the windows in the apartments are very old, one of mine is rattling and loose and maintenance said there was nothing wrong with it.
Our neighbors are very loud with kids running up and down the stairs. The walls in between the apartments are paper thin. We sent complaints about our neighbors about noise and vandalization to their property but they still do not do anything about it (kids were shooting BB guns in the parking lot and shot holes a door window). They recently changed the common area locks but only supplied one key and made you pay for to get a second. Neighbors rather bang on common area doors for someone to let them in than to purchase a second key.
Management will not help you with any issues that you have.
