I have been a tenant for almost two years. Apartments are very nice but ouside maintenance (particularly landscaping) is the worst I have seen. Too many and too large dogs are allowed for a complex with limited open space. Animal droppings are not removed. Restrictions placed on use of community facilities makes them useless. Management is unresponsive with a knee jerk response of NO. This complex is the highest priced in the area, but the worst in appearance. An aging facilitate of this size cannot be properly maintained by two maintenance personnel.

Way over priced, the worst I have lived in for the price, I was out in a month!!!

That was why I left. They don't screen anybody anymore, the place was going to ruin... and the maintenance staff had to play catch up all of the time just to keep things in working order. As fars as quality tenants go, it seems the management takes anybody these days, drive around and take a look at some of the cars in the parking lots. Racing motorcycles in the streets, loud neighbors, dog feces and dead grass everywhere. Last year they put in fairly large trees around the facility... and guess what, nobody watered them and last I saw 2/3 of the trees died. So we had a whole year looking at dead trees planted in the ground. YEAH! With this management in place Summer Chase is well on its way to being another dump. It is a shame, but it is true. Take your money elsewhere. Much better places in the nearby area with lower prices too!

I think "Annonymous" reviews are obviously Disgruntled ex-tenants who have an ax to grind! In a hot summer, everyone's grass is brown! What do you expect! maybe it was brown last summer, but try and take a look this summer! Green grass for 3 months straight! Its because of RAIN, not managers! I dont see a lot of motorcycles or ugly cars, so I dont know when these people lived in Summer Chase, but I live here now, in 2009, and see nice clean driveways, buildings and a beautifully maintained pool for the summer of 2009. I dont know what happened in the past! But it is great in 2009!
