I?ve lived here for a year now and am about to renew my lease. Judging from other people?s comments, I believe the noise level depends on where you are located. My apartment is extremely quiet and I can hardly hear my neighbors - only occasionally when they use the shower. Once I close the windows, it?s silence and I am enjoying it very much. My unit is on the corner so that could be why. Interior units might be subject to more noise from neighbors.

Management & maintenance staff have been responsive to my requests and are very prompt.
